HVAC-R INSPECTION AND
VERIFICATION
Cenergy can perform a pre-drywall inspection of HVAC
equipment with regard to sizing, appropriate airflow per room, duct system
sealing, and fresh air ventilation. |
DUCT SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND
SEALING
Cenergy can diagnose and seal leaky ductwork before it is
too late. Using a Duct Blaster and theatrical smoke, leaks can be identified
and sealed prior to drywall installation. This is the one and ONLY time to
cost-effectively seal the duct system. Cenergy uses a high-quality, UL Listed
Duct Mastic that will outperform tape and silicone products for years to come.

SYSTEM BALANCING
Cenergy can balance
duct systems (provided dampers are installed appropriately) to deliver the
required airflow based on the Room by Room Heat Loss/Gain information from the
load calculation. |
HOME ENERGY RATINGS
A method of
Energy-Star compliance and accepted for most utility rebates. HERS ratings can
be performed in new construction and remodel situation. |

DIAGNOSIS
Cenergy uses a variety of state of the art equipment to
diagnose energy-related problems including: Blower Door, Duct Blaster, Thermal
Imaging Camera, Carbon Monoxide and Combustion Efficiency Monitors, Flow Hood
for Balancing, Temperature and Humidity Monitors, and a variety of other tools.
